Looking for a place to share with a friend without stepping on each other's toes? This unique 2-bedroom, 1-bath unit is set up like a college suite: each bedroom has its own private entrance from outside, so you both get your own space and can come and go as you please.

You'll share a freshly remodeled kitchen, a full bathroom, and in-unit laundry, the essentials without the extra square footage you'd pay for elsewhere. (Note: there's no living room, so this layout works best for roommates who value privacy and independence.)

Pets welcome! There's open space outside for your furry friend to stretch their legs under your supervision (yard is not fenced).

The details:

• 2 bedrooms, each with a private exterior entrance
• 1 shared bathroom
• Remodeled shared kitchen
• Shared laundry
• Rent: $1,100/month total ($550 per person when split)
• Pet-friendly: $250 non-refundable pet fee
